Kick off a full day of epic riding with our guided adventure tour departing from Edmonton and winding through some of Far North Queensland’s most scenic and thrilling routes. Whether you’re new to adventure riding or just keen to explore stunning backroads, this ride delivers a true taste of what FNQ has to offer.

We’ll climb the iconic Gillies Range, take in the tranquil beauty of Lake Tinaroo, cruise through the rugged trails to Davies Creek, and finish with the legendary Black Mountain Road before heading back to Edmonton.

Ride a fully prepped Suzuki DRZ400, ideal for handling both winding roads and off-road tracks. Your $550 tour package includes:

All fuel & safety gear (Helmet, pants, boots, gloves and goggles)

Breakfast or lunch (depending on departure time)

A $2,000 security bond is required before departure. This is a temporary hold on your physical credit card (tap-and-pay or mobile payments are not accepted). The bond acts as security for any potential bike damage and will be released once the motorcycle is returned in good condition.

All riders must hold at least a learner motorcycle licence, agree to comply with our tour rules and regulations, and sign an indemnity form prior to joining the tour.

Our tours travel through remote regions where you may encounter challenging terrain, wildlife, deep water crossings, and limited facilities. Safety is our top priority, and Alrock Adventures reserves the right to adjust the route or itinerary at any time due to weather, road conditions, or operational requirements.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding unsafe, reckless, or disrespectful behaviour and reserve the right to remove any participant at any time if deemed necessary, including for medical or behavioural reasons.

Alrock Adventures accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or for any injury, accident, or illness sustained during the tour. Riders participate at their own risk and are encouraged to ensure their personal insurance covers adventure and off-road motorcycle activities.
